Woman, 30 y.o. Papillary thyroid carcinoma, with laterocervical lymph nodes metastasis (T4 N1 M0). Iodine captation on the neck, right paramedian. No pathological captation in the otrher parts of the body. Therapy with I-131 (3.700 MBq). WBS after the therapy. Ultrasound scan of the carcinoma and of the lymph nodes.
