Woman, 29 y.o., with large thyroid nodule.
Right cervical lymphatic node (mm 7.2 x 11.8 x 22.6); the structure is parenchymatous, heterogeneous, with regular borders, very different from the normal structure of inflammatory node (hypoechoic); there is no evidence of the hilum.

Fine needle aspiration: metastasis from papillary thyroid neoplasia.
Very high concentration of thyroglobulin in the needle washing.

Histologic exam: confirmation.
