22.6 x 32.4 mm). The structure is very hypoechoic,
dishomogeneous, with irregular and polycyclic borders.
Right cervical lymphatic node (17.0 x 25.2 x
30.5) diffusely heterogeneous with not defined margins.
Fine needle aspiration in the thyroid
nodule and in the cervical node: lymphoma.
Histologic exam of the cervical node: non
Hodgkin lymphoma, histocytic, with soft parts and muscular infiltration.
