Longitudinal (upper) transverse (center)
section of the isthmus of thyroid gland and transverse
(lower) section of the left cervical region.
Multiple parenchymatous nodules, very hypoechoic, with few
echoes inside, without posterior wall enhancement; polycyclic
borders. The same structure in
the cervical lymphatic node.
Fine needle aspiration: lymphoma.
