papillary carcinoma, with muscle infiltration and
lymphatic nodes metastasis.
Large (16 cc) right cervical lymphatic node
(upper), and left paratracheal (3 cc) (lower).
Powerdoppler ultrasound scan:
no visible internal vascularization.
FNAB:
metastatic papillary
thyroid carcinoma (thyroglobulin in the needle washing more
than 500 ng/ml).
Serum thyroglobulin= 24 ng/ml.
