Woman, 65 y.o.
Ten years before thyroidectomy owing to papillary carcinoma, with muscle infiltration and lymphatic nodes metastasis.
Large (16 cc) right cervical lymphatic node (upper), and left paratracheal (3 cc).
Colordoppler ultrasound scan: no visible internal vascularization.

FNAB: metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma (thyroglobulin in the needle washing more than 500 ng/ml).
Serum thyroglobulin= 24 ng/ml.

Ultrasound scan of the cervical nodules.
