11 years before total thyroidectomy (papillary cystocarcinoma) in the right lobe (4 cm).
Large right cervical lymphatic node, with polycyclic borders.
Powercolordoppler (upper) and colordoppler (lower) ultrasound scan: rich internal vascularization.

FNA: Metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma (High concentration of thyroglobulin in the needle washing).
