Nodule (20 x 25 x 38 mm, 10 cc) in the right lobe; the borders are
not well defined, the structure is hypoechoic, dishomogeneous. Rich vascularization around and inside
the nodule.
Fine needle aspiration: Hurthle cells lesion.
Histological examination: Hurthle cells adenoma.
