Solitary nodule in the left lobe (25 x 23 x 31 mm, 9,5 cc );
hypoechoic, dishomogeneous; the borders are regular with halo sign.
Colordoppler (upper) and powerdoppler (lower): type III vascularization.

FNAB: papillary carcinoma.
Histological examination: papillary carcinoma (follicular variant) completely inside the thyroid tissue.
