The nodule (16 x 35 x 35 mm, 10.3 cc) is very hypoechoic, dishomogeneous; the
borders are irregular with no halo sign; microcalcifications in the apex.
FNAB: papillary carcinoma.
Histological examination: papillary carcinoma.
