Large metastasis in the body of D2 and D3, with medullary compression; biopsy
revealed thyroid starting point.
Next thyroidectomy confirmed follicular cancer.
Whole body scan showed diffuse bone metastatic lesions.
Subsequently a pathologic diaphysial femur fracture occurred.
