Woman, 65 y.o.
Ten years before thyroidectomy owing to papillary carcinoma, with muscle infiltration and lymphatic nodes metastasis.
Large (16 cc) right cervical lymphatic node (upper), and left paratracheal (3 cc) (middle).
FNAB:
metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma (thyroglobulin in the needle washing more than 500 ng/ml).
Another nodule , with inside colliquations, is visible (lower) just behind the sternum (metastasic too).
Serum thyroglobulin= 24 ng/ml.
