Woman, 36 y.o.
Former total thyroidectomy owing to multifocal papillary carcinoma with mediastinal lymph node metastasis (pT4b N1 M0).
Small nodule in the base of the neck, between the right carotid and the trachea.
CT scan with contrast medium made four months after high dosage I-131 therapy (without change in nodule size).

FNAB: papillary carcinoma ( not measurable thyroglobulin in the needle washing).

Power and colordoppler of the nodule.
Ultrasound scan of the nodule.
Whole body scintiscanning.
Magnetic resonance of the neck.
